WILD ONE OFF-ROADER BLOCKHEAD MOTORS RC KIT 1/10 SCALE TAMIYA

About this product

Tamiya 58695 – Wild One Off-Roader Blockhead Motors (1/10 Scale) The Tamiya Wild One Off-Roader Blockhead Motors Edition is a special release celebrating one of Tamiya’s most beloved 2WD off-road buggies. Originally launched in 1985, the Wild One became a classic thanks to its rugged design, smooth suspension, and unmistakable desert-racer styling. This modern edition adds a fresh twist with exclusive styling and upgrades from Jun Watanabe’s Blockhead Motors, known for customising vintage Tamiya buggies and producing iconic apparel and graphics. The lightweight polycarbonate body comes pre-cut and pre-painted in light blue, giving builders a premium finish straight out of the box. Metal-plated parts, window nets, number plates, and a dummy antenna enhance the retro off-road look, while the new Blockhead Motors sticker set adds a unique, collectible touch. Underneath, the Wild One retains its proven ABS box-frame chassis, paired with 4-wheel independent trailing-arm suspension and coil springs for stable off-road handling. A wide tread improves stability on rough terrain, and the enclosed gearbox with differential gears ensures smooth cornering. Dog-bone driveshafts with dust covers add durability, and the kit includes a reliable 540-type brushed motor. This edition is perfect for collectors, vintage R/C fans, and anyone who loves the charm of classic Tamiya off-road buggies with modern flair.
